I got great value for my money at Santo Tomas. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, even the parking attendant.
The breakfast option could have been improved with better service from one of the workers.

During our stay at Hotel Santo Tomas, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff's ability to speak perfect English. It made our initial transition into Mexico much easier. The hotel's location was ideal, situated between the vibrant nightlife area and the charming harbour with fish markets and taco stands. Despite the proximity to the bustling nightlife, our room facing the courtyard was surprisingly quiet. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond by safely keeping a cellphone we left behind until we returned to retrieve it. I highly recommend this hotel for the start of a Baja trip. The price we paid was also very reasonable, especially during weekdays.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the clean and tidy hotel. The parking attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The secure parking was a definite plus, ensuring that my vehicle was safe and sound. The guy in the parking lot was also very polite and hardworking, always ready to assist. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep and the balcony had a stunning view of the Main Street, the beautiful plaza, the beach, and the Mexican flag.
Felt completely at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had free breakfast included and it was served in a nearby restaurant. the location of the hotel was great, we were able to easily access tourist areas and restaurants. the parking was available and it was worry-free.
The hotel was a bit outdated and it showed in the room furnishings. the bathroom cleanliness was questionable at first glance but nothing we could not tolerate.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with great proximity to bars and restaurants and a bustling mercado nearby. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast and on-site parking were a nice bonus.
The rooms were in need of some updates, with worn out linens and older carpets. Noise can be an issue, especially in rooms facing the busy street or elevator.
